RETURNS and EXCHANGES

At Sensuelle et Chic, we want you to be pleased with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may exchange, replace, or return your purchase that is eligible for exchange or return*, within 30 days of your order being processed. The date of original purchase is clearly marked on your receipt.

ONLINE RETURN POLICY

  1. We offer 30 days (of delivery) exchanges & returns on products purchased online. The item must have all of its original tags attached and it MUST be new and in unworn condition*, and it must be free from all scent. Items or sets received 30 days after delivery, or incomplete sets will not be accepted
  2. Repack items in their original packaging and seal the box securely with tape
  3. All refunds will be made in the same form of payment used for purchase
  4. Due to Health Regulations, for hygiene reasons: panties, swimwear, lingerie, or anything that has an inseam (crotch), or comes with a panty (including corsets with matching panty), are a FINAL SALE.
  5. All sale items are a FINAL SALE and cannot be or returned for refund or credit, or exchanged.
  6. We DO NOT offer price adjustments.
  7. Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash, and may not be returned
  8. All international sales are final. No returns, exchanges or exceptions.

SIZE EXCHANGE OFFER

If you wish to exchange an item for another size, in the same style and colour, simply follow our return procedures for the returning item, and Sensuelle et Chic will ship the new size to you at no additional cost (within Canada and the USA only).

Shipping the returning item TO Sensuelle et Chic is at the customer’s expense. If you have ordered multiple items that require exchanging, please ship all items together.

Sensuelle et Chic will only pay to ship a new size of the same style and colour, one time per order. In the case where a customer requests a second exchange, a standard shipping fee will be charged for the second exchange shipment.

Please note that all exchanges are subject to product availability, and will be processed within 2-3 business days of receipt at Sensuelle et Chic, when possible.

RETURN PROCEDURES

All returning merchandise MUST be eligible for return, in accordance with our Online Return Policy. To ensure your return of merchandise purchased at www.sensuelleetchic.com is eligible for processing, please complete the following steps:

  1. Check your receipt to ensure the 30 day return time frame has not expired. Also, please ensure that your item(s) comply with our Online Return Policy, and are eligible for processing.
  2. Contact us during regular business hours, at 1-905-569-6105 or anytime via info@sensuelleetchic.com, and request a return authorization number. If you are emailing your request, please explain in detail the reason for the return, the condition of the returning merchandise, and disclose any other information pertinent to the return. Returns or exchanges that do not have a return authorization number, will be sent back to the customer.
  3. When you receive a return authorization number, write the number clearly on the outside of the package (ex. RA# 1234)
  4. Ship the return to the following address:

Note:

  1. Items returned in any condition other than that in which they were originally sent will not be eligible for return, credit, or exchange. (i.e. deodorant stains, smoke smell, pet hair, pet stains, manufacturer’s tags removed, or worn in any way).

We reserve the right to refuse any return or exchange that is not in its original, unworn condition.

  3. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  4. Returns and exchanges will be processed within 2-3 business days of receipt at Sensuelle et Chic. (Except in the case where an item to be exchanged for is not currently in stock, but is a basic style at Sensuelle et Chic, and it will be restocked in the near future. In such case, Sensuelle et Chic will obtain your permission to process the exchange when the stock arrives.)
  5. We recommend that you send your return to Sensuelle et Chic via an insured carrier. Sensuelle et Chic will not be held responsible for returns that are lost in transit.
  6. Sensuelle et Chic will not pay the shipping costs of returns or exchanges, except in the case of incorrectly shipped items, or merchandise being returned because of manufacturer’s defect.

CHECKING THE STATUS OF YOUR RETURN

Returns with a Return Authorization Number written on the outside of the box, will be processed within 3 business days of receipt at Sensuelle et Chic. Please allow up to 15 business days for your credit card company to post the refund to your account.

CREDIT CARD REFUNDS

All refunds will be made in the same form of payment used for purchase.

Credit Card refunds will be placed on the same credit card used for the original purchase. Sensuelle et Chic may contact you via telephone to obtain your credit card information, necessary to process any credit card refund. For your protection, please do not disclose any credit card information through mail, email, or voice mail message. Please note: it may take up to 15 business days for your credit card company to post the refund to your account.

If merchandise credit is used for any part of your Sensuelle et Chic order, and a return is made, the merchandise credit will be refunded first, and the remainder will be refunded to the credit card used at the time of payment.
Shipping charges are non-refundable, and will only be refunded if the wrong item is sent.
